Mailbox Overview
Your mailbox is where all processed documents are stored and organized. The interface provides powerful tools for managing your mail collection efficiently.
Viewing Documents
Click on any mail item to view:
- Original PDF document
- Extracted text content
- AI-generated summary
- Sender information and metadata
- Processing date and time
Searching Mail
Use the search bar to find specific documents:
- Search by sender name or company
- Search by date range
- Search by category (bills, letters, statements)
- Full-text search across all document content
Search is powered by advanced indexing and works across all your documents instantly, even with thousands of items.
Filtering and Sorting
Organize your mailbox using filters and sorting options:
- Filter by category - Show only bills, letters, etc.
- Filter by date - View recent or archived mail
- Sort by date - Newest or oldest first
- Sort by sender - Alphabetical order
Editing Mail Information
You can manually edit AI-extracted information:
- Click on a mail item to open details
- Click the edit icon next to any field
- Update the information
- Click save to confirm changes
Your edits help improve our AI's accuracy for future documents from the same sender.
Downloading Documents
You can download original PDFs or export data:
- Download individual PDFs from the document viewer
- Export metadata to CSV for analysis
- Bulk download selected documents as a ZIP archive
