Security Without Compromise

Physical mail often contains your most sensitive information — financial records, legal notices, medical documents. When you outsource mail handling, that data passes through third-party hands at external facilities. With Mail Sorter, it never does.

• End-to-end encryption — Your documents are encrypted in transit via TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest on our private servers
• Private processing pipeline — Your documents are processed entirely on infrastructure we control. No third-party services ever see your data.
• Row-Level Security — Our database enforces access policies at the row level, meaning the database engine itself prevents one user from ever accessing another user's data
• Isolated storage — Every user's documents are stored in a completely separate, encrypted storage path. Your files are never co-mingled with anyone else's.
• PCI-compliant payments — We never store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider.
• Your data, your control — You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is thorough and irreversible — we do not retain backups of deleted user data.
